Yes. Companies booking regularly are set up on account and invoiced monthly, with trips itemised by passenger and cost centre so the finance team can reconcile them directly.
Can one chauffeur stay with an executive for the full day?
Yes — that is what the 5-hour and 10-hour packages are for. The same chauffeur and car stay on call between meetings rather than you rebooking for each leg.
Which car is right for client-facing meetings?
The Mercedes S680 Maybach and S500 are the usual choice for senior guests. The BMW 735i is a slightly more understated executive option, and the GLS600 Maybach or Escalade ESV suit groups of three or four.
Can you handle a delegation arriving on the same flight?
Yes. We run multi-car airport movements regularly — one dispatcher coordinates the vehicles, tracks the flight and stages the cars so the whole group leaves together.
Are your chauffeurs able to sign an NDA?
