Where does the chauffeur meet me at DXB?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. He tracks your flight, so the pickup time moves automatically if you land early or late, and he will help with your luggage to the car.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. We monitor the flight number you give us and reschedule the pickup to match the actual landing time. Complimentary wait time is included, so a delay does not add to the fare.
Do you cover Al Maktoum (DWC) and Abu Dhabi airports?
